2011. The year I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. Confused, scared, anxious, overwhelmed, reliant, tired, scattered, and too busy to be sick.
BETWEEN. Grateful, thankful, and blessed with four amazing children, a husband I am still crazy about, a career that I am passionate about, a home on the water, and a love for life.
2017. The year I will be intentional about my own health. aip 4 me is my voyage toward wellness with enhanced focus, tranquility, independence, and inner peace. I am not too busy to take care of my health. Let's turn these little ripples into BIG Waves! Get it Girl!
